The first thing I thought when I took my first sip of this drink was that I was drinking hot pudding. Using full fat coconut milk in this recipe makes this thick, rich and filling as heck. I think I might try this again at the dawn of winter and add whiskey to make it a hipster party. You can always just use homemade coconut milk or skim the fat from the canned coconut milk (don’t throw the deliciousness away – make frosting with it) to thin it to your taste. I would not add water to this as it will dilute the coffee chocolate mint deliciousness that this is.
