Since I’m trying to reduce nuts in my diet, I’ve been trying to figure out more snack ideas.
I love me some snacks and pizza. Seriously, if you look at the recipes on my site you will find 6 different ways to eat pizza.
Anyhow, this recipe is so simple and a crowd pleaser. The Little told me he wanted to eat these every single day and truth be told, so do I!
- 6 each ¼ slice of cheddar cheese
- 12 slices of pepperoni
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a Silpat
- Lay the slices of cheese 2 inched apart and place two pepperoni slices on top.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Let cool and eat!
