    Thanks for the shout out! I love homemade beef jerky. I’ve made it so many times. I sometimes wish I had a dehydrator but really the oven works pretty good.

    Hey! Thanks for including my 77 seed bars – and the other great ideas! When I’m travelling in the UK, I’m -known- for always having packs of precooked bacon or jerky in my handbag. Yeah, a little weird, I know. But it does stop me reaching for the potato crisps at the bar! I only wish I could get kale in Spain!
