Ok, while I may enjoy my carnivore tendencies on the Paleo diet, now and then, I enjoy a vegetarian meal. I was a vegetarian for 9 years and while the diet did not work for me, I still enjoy a mountain of veggies with lots of butter.
Also, I think people get the misconception that you have to eat tons of meat on the diet. One of my favorite paleo books “Primal Mind, Primal Body” recommends only 6 ounces of natural protein a day.
