Paleo Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ok, I know the absolute last thing I should be eating right now is sweets but, after the week I had,  chocolate was necessary.    Who knew  how stressful selling a house could be.  I sure didn’t.    Now, I can see why I gained a pound this week versus had a loss.   Anyhow, I needed a cookie that spoke chocolate chocolateness and this Paleo Double Chocolate Chip Cookie does it.  It’s super simple too.

Hahaha!! I’ll probably need to be careful how many of these I make at one time! (My mind is telling me no, but my body’s telling me 100!!)

Well hopefully the right person will come along soon and get this house off your hands!

Look amazing, perfect for Valentines 🙂

Could you sub almond flour or maybe coconut butter for half of the almond butter? I don’t have quite that much in the house at the moment…
