Years ago when I started moving towards a real food diet, I learned the importance of the health of your digestive system. Actually one of my all time favorite health books is “The Second Brain”. The book shares how one half of all of our nerve cells are in the gut and how an unhealthy system will result in poor sleep, pain, chronic indigestion and even more unpleasant conditions.

When I learned this information I made it a point to include natural probiotic foods in my diet such as fermented foods and raw milk. However, there are times when I just don’t have the time to make my fermented veggies and I need something simple to fill this need.

ReNew Life has created Ultimate Flora, a probiotic supplement formulated to replenish healthy bacteria in your gut.    I was sent a box of Ultimate Flora Daily Care Probiotic 15 Billion and have been using the product for two weeks.   First, I love how simple it is to take.  I simply include it in my morning supplement routine and I get the extra benefit of  helping my digestive system.

I also noticed that some of my skin issues on my hands cleared up which goes to show I wasn’t eating enough fermented foods so I’m thankful to have tried this supplement.  I definitely recommending trying a box to see how it can help improve your gut health. Here’s a helpful video to show you how it works.

You can purchase ReNew Life probiotics at  Walgreens, Albertsons, CVS, Kroger, Whole Foods, Vitamin Shoppe, Rite Aid, and Walmart.

I love that these are 15 billion per capsule! So many probiotics simply don’t offer a high enough count.
