Ok, Paleo and baking might seem like an oxymoron but unless you plan to follow a strict Paleo diet – i.e. eat only meat, veg, fruit and nuts in their simplest forms, then you can still enjoy grain-free versions of cookies, pies, cakes and more. Even though it might seem like I make baked goods often on my site, I really don’t like to have them around the house as I will literally eat them all. Not a good thing if you’re not at your goal weight but what would life be like without a sweet moment or two.
