Halloween is 22 days away and, I don’t know about you, but I’m thinking about the streets transforming into a zombie land with goblins and ghouls knocking on my front door begging for
brains candy. Yep, I’ll be tucked inside my home with my two Jedi and rocking my happy pink wig preparing for the deluge. It’s times like this that I’m grateful for two things – coffee and chocolate – so I’m having a big cup of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and some of mama’s Spooky Nut-free Nutella.
- 1/3 cup sunbutter
- 1/4 cup palm shortening
- 1 tbsp ground coffee
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Blend all the ingredients in a small bowl until well mixed.
