Cranberry sauce is one of my favorite things to eat and now it seems a shame that I only eat it during the holidays (note to self: buy extra bags and freeze so you can cook them during the rest of the year). Anyhow, coming off the 21 Day Sugar Detox there is no way that I’m going to jump into candy-like cranberry sauce so instead I choose to focus of the tart side of this beautiful fruit.
I also added a big ol pinch of my favorite spice – Cinnamon. This recipe is so simple and gives the perfect bite.
Tart Cranberry SaucePrint
- Place all the ingredients in a pan over medium head and cook for 10 minutes, untill all the cranberries pop and down.
- Place in a bowl and either eat immediately or chill.
