2. To keep foods for the longest period, store in a cool,dark, dry area.
- They seal tightly (most are airtight).
- They are easy to clean.
- They are cost effective.
- They don’t leach harmful petrochemicals.
- You can store pantry items vertically so you can get more into a smaller area.
