I’m pretty sure that Mr. Bejelly and The Little have issues with Tapioca flour and this kinda kills the ability for us to enjoy pizza. I almost had a pitty party about it and then I remembered, hey, I can come up with something as a replacement.
Ok, I put some cheese on top which is totally optional if you tolerate dairy. If you skip the cheese on top, the soup is 100% dairy-free.

- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 cup mushrooms chopped
- 1 green bell pepper seeded and chopped
- 1/2 small onion diced
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 4 cup broth
- 1 Teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon sea salt
In a large stock pot warm the coconut oil over medium high heat. Add in the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent roughly 4 minutes.
Add in the ground beef and cook for 6 minutes or until the beef is no longer pink, breaking up the beef into crumbles
Add in the rest of the ingredients and then stir with a spoon until well blended. Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes. Optional: Serve topped with cheese
