I never had chicken wings until I married my husband. Honestly, I’ve always been kinda weirded out by chicken on the bone. One day we went out to eat Mr. Bejelly ordered chicken wings and I decided to be brave and try them. I was instantly hooked.
I immediately started seeing what I could create with chicken wings and this baby was born.
- 2 Tablespoon water
- 2 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 Teaspoons sea salt
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 2 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1 Teaspoon sesame seeds
Preheat your oven to 365 degrees.
Whisk together the water, maple syrup, sea salt and chili powder. Place the chicken wings in a shallow baking dish.
Pour the liquid mixture oven the chicken and turn to coat. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Place pan in the oven and bake until the juice run clear - about 25 to 30 minutes.
