A brunch has several benefits that can make it an important meal in your day. Just like breakfast, brunch gives your brain the start-up power and energy. Most importantly, it helps you maintain a healthy body weight. It also stimulates your metabolism and helps in weight loss. And of course, let’s not forget the social benefits, especially when you can hang out with your friends for brunch at any of the top brunch spots. Many people like having brunch for the sole fact that it promotes weight loss and maintains a healthy body figure.

Here are some low-calorie brunch ideas that will keep you right on track:
