LUNCH AND DINNER

100g.of any of the meats below for every meal:

  • Beef
  • Veal
  • Fresh White Fish
  • Chicken Breast
  • Lobster, Crab or Shrimp
  • Fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 whole egg plus 3 egg whites

One type of veggie to be chosen below for every meal:

  • Chard
  • Spinach
  • Beet-greens
  • Chicory

ASPARAGUS SOUP

Ingredients:

4 stems of asparagus
2 tbsps. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsps. white onion 

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp. dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Steam asparagus until it’s tender. Then, place it in a food processor together with puree and onion. Pour your asparagus mixture as well as the rest of the ingredients in a pot and cook over just medium heat until thoroughly warmed. 

BEEF STEW

Ingredients:

100 grams steak, cut into chunks
1 1/4 cup chopped celery

1 1/2 cups of beef broth 

2 cloves minced garlic

2 tbsps. diced onion
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Bay Leaf
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Slice steak into tiny chunks. Then, season with salt and pepper plus garlic powder. Place the meat, minced garlic, and diced onion in a small pot. Sauté’ the outside of the steak over medium to high heat until it’s browned. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 45 mins. on low heat this time. Add more water or salt and pepper if desired. Remove bay leaf and serve hot.

CUCUMBER VINEGAR SALAD

Ingredients:

1 chopped cucumber
1/4 tsp. onion salt 

1/4 cup white vinegar 

2 tsps. chopped green onion
2 tsps. fresh parsley, chopped
Fresh ground pepper & Stevia to taste

Procedure:

Mix the ingredients above in a bowl. Refrigerate if desired.

STEAMED CABBAGE

Ingredients:

1/2 cabbage, chopped thinly
1/2 teaspoon mustard
Juice from half of a lemon

Salt and pepper, to taste

Procedure:

Steam and cover for 5-10 mins. until tender. In a bowl, combine mustard (ideally spicy) and lemon juice. Place cabbage in a bowl and add the mustard/lemon mix. Mix and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

LEMON PEPPER FISH

Ingredients:

100 grams whitefish
Juice from half of a lemon
1-3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. turmeric 

1/4 tsp. cumin 

1/4 tsp. salt



Procedure: 

Place whitefish in a bowl. Add black pepper, garlic, turmeric, salt, and cumin. Make sure you’re coating both sides. Marinate and cover for at least an hour in the fridge. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Place the whitefish in a nonstick baking dish and cover it with the marinade. Bake in around 15 minutes until the fish easily flakes. Squeeze lemon juice on top.

WASABI WHITEFISH

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp. ginger 

100 grams whitefish
1 tsp. spicy mustard
1 tsp. wasabi powder

Procedure:

Combine wasabi powder and spicy mustard. Then, mix in the ginger. Add fish and coat accordingly. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes. Grill for around 5 minutes until the fish starts to flake. You can also broil it for 5-10 mins., depending on the fish’s thickness. 

BAKED CAJUN CHICKEN

Ingredients:

100 grams chicken
1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning

1/2 tsp. milk

Procedure:

Preheat oven to around 350 degrees. Coat the chicken with milk. Place it in a glass baking dish then sprinkle the top with your Cajun seasoning. Bake it uncovered for around 25 minutes or until your chicken isn’t pink anymore. 

BEEF & ONION KABOBS

Ingredients:

100 grams cubed lean steak
1 wedged onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Onion and Garlic powder to taste

Procedure:

Season the cubed lean steak with onion and garlic powder. Slide the onion edges and beef onto the skewers. Top it with salt and black pepper. Cook on hot barbecue and enjoy!

LEMON STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

1/4 of a lemon with rind
5 large strawberries 

2 tbsps. fat-free milk
Ice Cubes 

Lemon Stevia to taste

Procedure:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it until smooth. Add stevia depending on your taste. Enjoy an easy and yummy smoothie!
