People have been making coffee for generations, and in fact, the earliest record dates back to 800AD. Apparently, a goat herder was watching his stock eating coffee seeds in his field, and observed them dancing happily afterward. A monk then decided to make a drink out of the seeds and struggled to fall asleep at night. After this, the coffee was born, and thousands around the world enjoy it to this day. 

There are two main types 

Currently in the world, there are two types of coffee beans named Robusta and Arabica. Robusta is mostly used in instant blends, as it is easy to cultivate. Arabica has a more elegant taste and less caffeine, however, has a more extensive cultivation process. While Arabica is most popular, it ultimately depends on individual preference, as they both have unique flavors. 

People are continually coming up with new ways to brew it 

Instant coffee pots or full-on machines, individuals are always coming up with new and efficient ways to brew coffee out of the comfort of home. Not only can this save money, but you can always ensure that you have it the way you like it. If you prefer expresso’s, you could consider purchasing moka pots; if you like lattes, you might want a bigger machine.

In fact, there are many advantages of drinking coffee, and those that drink it have been proven to live longer. It can help you burn fat, improve your physical performance, and may even protect you from certain diseases.

With over 2.25 billion cups of the stuff being consumed daily in the world, it’s no wonder that it’s such a popular drink. However, the biggest coffee lovers around the globe are the Finnish, consuming the most significant amount daily. In fact, having around nine cups a day is considered normal, and some individuals can even have up to thirty!
