As tight lockdown restrictions slowly loosen across the world, we are beginning to consider outdoor life once again. But perhaps it’ll take a long time to feel truly normal.
COVID-19 has affected everyone and it shows in our anxiousness to venture out again.
However, we are ever the optimists; excitement to see our friends again is often enough for us to look forward. Think of the birthdays we’ve missed and occasions that have passed us by — there’s a lot celebrating to catch up on.
And although social distancing rules — whether it’s one meter or two — look set to stay for the time being, there will still be some fun to be had. Entertainment is making a comeback in some shape or form and we need to be ready to make the most of it.

If COVID-19 has benefited us at all, it would be through our reaffirmation of community spirit. Lockdown has ironically made us all closer and appreciative of loved ones. And a great way to carry that sentiment forwards is to look at where we spend our money.
Spending the night at a drive-in cinema is a more atmospheric way to watch films than staying at home. And the outdoor venue is an ideal way to avoid bustling crowds at a great hulking metroplex.
If we’re honest, we’ve all had enough of Netflix over the past few months. So cuddle up with friends and family and watch your favorite movies from the comfort of your car, like a scene from Grease.
