Good Sleep is just, well, magical.
I grew up naive to this fact until I became a mom and was sleep starved for months.
Then when I finally got my son into some sort of sleep schedule, it didn’t matter what I did, I ended up staring at ceiling listening to my husband snore like a bear. I was constantly exhausted.
In an effort to fix things I did everything wrong, I mean everything (watching tv late, weird supplements, etc) and the stress of being a new mom who was trying to find any way to help put food on the table didn’t help.
Thankfully I spoke to my mother about this and she said some things that shocked me. Well, it shocked me because my mother is hrmm. Filipino and some of her advice can be… um. .. strange, like old country Filipino strange. I was so exhausted I didn’t think twice and did what she said and slept for 3 hours straight. This was a win for me.
I was tired of being tired so I knew I had to get online and start researching everything I could on sleeping through the night as good as my husband.
I knew that all the stress on my shoulders wasn’t helping either. Stress and Sleepless Nights cause a vicious cycle that is hard to break but it must be broken if you want to finally sleep well.
After months of tweaking and testing, I finally discovered the secret to GOOD SLEEP and I’m so excited to be sharing my secrets in my newest ebook Well Rested: The Natural Solution to a Good Night’s Sleep.
I really wanted to create a resource for those who suffer from poor sleep and make it fun! I decided to incorporate 20 dreamy coloring pages to help you relax and make part of your sleep ritual.
This ebook has been a labor of love and I know you will start enjoying GOOD sleep after putting this information to use
