  1. The Keto Guidebook would probably help me the most, because there is so much I still need to learn and understand about this diet.

  2. I would have to say I’m most interested in The Keto Guidebook. I really need to just sit down either with a book, others on social media or even my sister who follows a keto diet. I’m 100% into doing this for my health, but I haven’t convinced my hubby yet that it’s the right choice. I think a book like this would be something I would give him to read so he can get his mind around the diet. Plus, he said he wants to do more of the cooking to help me, so I think this could be a win-win for both of us!
