Houston. I have a problem.
So, I’ve been really loving Turbulence Training. I’m on the beginner level and just finished week one. The workout seems more reasonable to me. I tend to really get into the boot camp type workouts .
The problem with me and these workouts is that I get super Gung ho. I work out like an animal and then get sick and then I never do it again.
Turbulence Training is the perfect workout for me and I am so excited to see my results in 90 days.
Ok, back to my problem. I have a love hate relationship with journaling my food.
I know that I have to because, yeah, it’s kinda a mish-mash of embarrassment and horror when I saw what I was eating for the past week.
I’m in a pickle where I love creating amazing desserts but I have no control when it comes to treats in my house.
None.
So seeing that I love thinking outside the box, I figured for the next little while, I would share single serving dessert recipes.
It’s a win win for those like myself who want a sweet treat but can’t deal with the temptation of a entire cake in the house.

Looks so good! I have the same problem with having treats in the house, so I’m going to appreciate this. Question, though: did you cook those beets before you blended and strained? Raw or cooked beet juice–or does it matter? Thanks.
I just used raw juice hun. I have no idea if it would change anything to be honest.
So, since I ditched the microwave… any idea how this might play out in a real oven?
It works great Carla. Just bake at 350 for 10 to 15 munutes.
No baking soda or powder?
Nope, it’s not needed hun.
This looks tasty and easy. I’m looking forward to making this.
Could a person use beet powder?
Yep 🙂
