1. Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium heat and grease with coconut oil

  2. In a mixing bowl add the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon until well combined.

  3. Add in the eggs and water and mix until completely blended

  4. Add in the apple cider vinegar and mix until it stops foaming.

  5. Pour enough batter to form a 6" cicles. When bubbles form around the edges and center, flip and cook for 2 minutes until golden brown.  Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm.
