Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8"x8" glass baking dish with a little bit of coconut oil.

In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the coconut sugar, coconut oil, and egg.

Stir in the coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, chia seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla.

Add coconut flour until the mixture comes together.

Press into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.

Let cool and cut into bars.
