Ingredients

  • 1 green tipped firm banana sliced an 1" thick
  • 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of sugar optional

Instructions

  1. Heat your coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add in the sliced of banana and fry for 2 -3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and repeat.
  3. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Devour your delicious fried bananas.
