Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef 80% lean
  • ½ small onion minced
  • 2 thick slices of bacon diced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons of coconut aminos
  • ½ cup of sliced green onion
  • 4 slices of fresh pineapple grilled
  • Lettuce leaves or Paleo Hamburger Buns buns are not AIP

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients, and with your hands, mix until well combined.
  2. Shape four equally-sized balls and press flat into ½” thick patties.
  3. Place a skillet over medium high heat and let warm for 3 to 5 minutes. Then add the four patties.
  4. Let cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until dark brown, and then flip and repeat.
  5. Place the hamburgers on a lettuce wrap or hamburger bun and top with a grilled pineapple slice.
