  1. Preheat your oven to 365 degrees.
  2. Whisk together the water, maple syrup, sea salt and chili powder. Place the chicken wings in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture oven the chicken and turn to coat. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
  4. Place pan in the oven and bake until the juice run clear - about 25 to 30 minutes.
