Paleo Banana Cream Popsicles

  1. In a sauce pan over medium heat and then add the coconut milk, maple syrup, gelatin, vanilla extract and sea salt and whisk to combine and bring to a low boil.
  2. Remove from the stove and let cool.
  3. Slice the bananas into 1/2 discs and place in a bowl and then lightly toss to cover with the lemon juice.
  4. Place the banana slices in your popsicle molds and then pour in the milk mixture.
  5. Place the popsicles in the freezer for 4 hours or until completely solid.
  6. Remove from the freezer and to remove the popsicle from the mold, place it under warm running water from your faucet until you remove the popicle easily.
