Pregnancy Tea
This tea is delicious hot or iced and the perfect way to get your body ready for labor and delivery!

Combine all of the herbs in a large glass jar and mix thoroughly. Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.

To brew, place 1.5 tsps of the herb blend in 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes before straining the herbs out.
