  1. In a small pot over medium heat, add the butter lemon juice, evoporated cane juice, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract and sea salt.
  2. Whisk together as the butter melts. When the butter is melted, remove from the stove top.
  3. Place the apples in your slow cooker and pour the mixture over the top. With a spoon mix the apple and sauce together until all the apples are coated.
  4. Cook on high for 4 hours.
