Instructions

  1. Put the strawberries and coconut milk in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Add the dates, almond, cashew, or hemp milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract.
  3. Puree until smooth.
  4. Freeze for about an hour or refrigerate until cold.
  5. Pour into the ice cream machine and churn per the manufacturer's instructions.
  6. Eat right away or freeze until hard for pretty scoops.
