Watermelon Pizza: The Ultimate No-Bake Summer Treat (Healthy & Refreshing!)

large round slice of seedless watermelon
1–2 inches thick
½
cup
coconut yogurt
or Greek yogurt
¼
cup
sliced strawberries
¼
cup
blueberries
1
kiwi
peeled and sliced
Fresh mint leaves
optional
Drizzle of honey or agave
optional
Instructions
Slice the watermelon:
Cut a thick round slice from the center of your watermelon and lay it flat on a cutting board.
Add the yogurt:
Spread an even layer of yogurt over the surface like pizza sauce.
Top with fruit:
Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and mint over the yogurt. Keep it colorful and fun!
Slice & serve:
Cut into 6–8 wedges and serve chilled. Optional: drizzle with honey or agave for extra sweetness
