Watermelon Pizza: The Ultimate No-Bake Summer Treat (Healthy & Refreshing!)

Ingredients

  • 1 large round slice of seedless watermelon 1–2 inches thick
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup sliced strawberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves optional
  • Drizzle of honey or agave optional

Instructions

Slice the watermelon:

  1. Cut a thick round slice from the center of your watermelon and lay it flat on a cutting board.

Add the yogurt:

  1. Spread an even layer of yogurt over the surface like pizza sauce.

Top with fruit:

  1. Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and mint over the yogurt. Keep it colorful and fun!

Slice & serve:

  1. Cut into 6–8 wedges and serve chilled. Optional: drizzle with honey or agave for extra sweetness
