Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil or use coconut oil
  • 4 -5 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Roasted Coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over gentle heat. Add the garlic and fry until it's lightly browned. Add the chicken, increase the heat to medium-high and fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add the ground roasted coriander, turmeric, chili powder and salt. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously. Stir in the lime juice and coriander leaves, then remove from the heat.
