large yellow onion

pork cutlets

coconut oil
1/4
cup
apple cider vinegar

cup
B grade maple syrup

unsweetened cocoa powder substitute Carob or omit if AIP

tsp
sea salt

tsp
garlic powder

black pepper
Instructions
In your slow cooker, combine all of the ingredients and cook on high for six hours.
When the pork is done, take two forks and shred into bite size pieces.
