In a medium sauce pan over medium high heat add the butter and melt.

Add in the honey and bring to a boil, mix with a wooden spoon or spatula for 1 minute.

Add in the SunButter and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Pour over your popcorn.

With two wooden spoons, mix until well coated and serve. You can store this in a container and leave on your counter for up to 3 days.
