The very first thing you should do is to seek medical treatment for any injuries you may have experienced during the accident. If you need to make follow-up visits for a few months, make sure you do so in order to get the full treatment that’s necessary. When you start from a place of good physical health, it may be easier to deal with everything else that follows.

Stay Active

This will help your body heal well and repair itself faster so you can get back to your regular schedule before you got into an accident.
