garlic lime chicken

It’s amazing how simple this Garlic Lime Chicken recipe is.  Seriously, you wouldn’t think a couple of spices and chicken on the grill could be so tasty.   I swear I put this on the table, walked away for a minute, and most of it was gone! Thankfully it takes only 15 minutes to make so I was able to make more before I went hungry.

This recipe is super versatile.  You can use leftovers in a quick stir-fry, chicken salad sandwiches and in a lettuce wrap.   The possibilities are endless.
