It’s amazing how simple this Garlic Lime Chicken recipe is.  Seriously, you wouldn’t think a couple of spices and chicken on the grill could be so tasty.

I swear I put this on the table, walked away for a minute, and most of it was gone! I felt like I was having flashbacks to the time I made Cilantro Lime Chicken.

Thankfully it takes only 15 minutes to make, so I was able to make more before I went hungry.

This recipe is super versatile.  You can use leftovers in a quick stir-fry, chicken salad sandwiches and in a lettuce wrap.   The possibilities are endless.

How to Make This Garlic Lime Chicken Recipe:

In a small bowl, mix together the spices with a spoon until well combined.

Sprinkle the mixture equally over both sides of the chicken and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt the coconut oil and then add the chicken breasts.

Sauté chicken until golden brown, about 6 minutes on each side. Add in the lemon juice and cook for 3 to 4 minutes and serve immediately.
