Whole 30 Desserts Sex with your pants on

Whole30 is the rite of passage for a lot of people when they start cleaning up their diet and considering a Paleo lifestyle.  I will be the first to admit that I have never done a Whole30.

I’ve tried and, well, I failed.   Whole30 is a great diet to consider as you really learn what’s in your food and how to stick to whole unprocessed foods so you can transform your health.

I’ve always been a girl who loves dessert and it’s one of my favorite food groups to make Paleo or Gluten-free.

I know it’s a big No No on Whole30 since they do not approve eating desserts or fake desserts (aka. Sex with your pants on which is just a fancy way of saying dry humping mind you) , but heck, I like to toe the line.

I think that if grilling up some pineapple and topping it with whipped coconut cream gets you to the finish line, then pull up your plate with your pants on and dig in.

Here are 11 Whole30 “Not” Desserts to help you through the month.

Grilling fruit helps bring out the natural sweetness and caramelizes the natural sugars.

Made with only 3 ingredients, you’ll get back to your happy place after taking your first bite of this brownies during your Whole30.

Repeat after me ” Coconut Almond Butter Truffles”.

Fried Bananas

You’ll do a double take after your first bite of these simple sweet fried banans

This Stewed Apples and Pear with Coconut Butter will make magic happen.

So simple, you’ll whip up these Pineapple and Lime Popsicles year round.

You’ll eat this Strawberry Coconut Butter up after your first taste.

Made with only 2 ingredients, these Coconut Banana Cookies will be perfect with a glass of coconut milk.

This Key Lime Smoothie will taste like a dream on your Whole30

Nice cream is one of my favorite treats and this Blueberry Banana Ice cream looks amazing.

This is very confusing! No dessert is compliant on Whole30 and recreating any baked goods with compliant ingredients is against the rules of Whole30. How is truffles, brownies and cookies Whole30??

Hun, while Whole30 does not recommend desserts, the truth is that most people need a safe cheat. This post is for those who want a safer cheat than eating a candy bar. I talk about this in the beginning of the post.
