Looking for a dessert you can enjoy on Whole30? Grab one of these easy sweet treats that make it easy to stick to your clean eating plan. You will LOVE these Whole 30 desserts like chocolate brownies, popsicles, and ice cream!
Whole30 is the rite of passage for a lot of people when they start cleaning up their diet and considering a Paleo lifestyle.
I will be the first to admit that I have never completed one because I always break down and eat Whole 30 Desserts.
I’ve tried and, well, I failed numerous times so yes, you can imagine the carnage of fruit I destroyed. . . .
Whole 30 is a great diet to consider as you really learn what’s in your food and how to stick to whole unprocessed foods so you can transform your health.
I’ve always been a girl who loves dessert and it’s one of my favorite food groups to make Paleo or Gluten-free.
I know it’s a big No-No on Whole30 since they do not approve or eating desserts or fake Whole30 desserts (aka. Sex with your pants on which is just a fancy way of saying dry humping mind you), but heck, I like to toe the line.
Seriously, for me the benefits of a diet like Whole30 is that it gives you the opportunity to see what your body loves and hates. You’ll finally be able to discover what food is healing you and what is making you sick.
I get it.
Anything “fake” can be a gateway to a real SAD pie but dude, the diet is HARD. If you got to eat some banana ice cream, girl, make some banana ice cream to get through it.
Make yourself a Whole30 Dessert and just give yourself some grace that you didn’t reach for a snickers bar.
What desserts can I eat on Whole 30?
Some Whole30 Desserts to Consider
- Blueberry Banana Ice Cream
- Paleo Key Lime Pie Smoothie
- Coconut Almond Butter Dessert
- 2-Ingredient Banana Coconut Cookies
- Pineapple Lime Popsicles
I think that if grilling up some pineapple and topping it with whipped coconut cream gets you to the finish line, then pull up your plate with your pants on and dig in.
Can you eat ice cream on Whole30?
Yes and no. You can make nice cream which is basically frozen bananas with berries with coconut milk or almond milk but you can’t eat ice cream like Halo Top – Nope it’s not Whole30 Compliant. However, if you’re craving that creamy goodness, you might want to explore small batch vegan ice cream options. These are often made with natural ingredients and without additives, fitting well into dietary preferences like Whole30.
Is Cocoa Powder allowed on Whole30?
Yes, however it must be 100% cocoa. I recommend this one .
Can I eat bananas or fruit on Whole30?
Yes to both!

Every single one of these recipes looks delish! Healthy “desserts” are the best! Thanks for sharing.
This is very confusing! No dessert is compliant on Whole30 and recreating any baked goods with compliant ingredients is against the rules of Whole30. How is truffles, brownies and cookies Whole30??
Hun, while Whole30 does not recommend desserts, the truth is that most people need a safe cheat. This post is for those who want a safer cheat than eating a candy bar. I talk about this in the beginning of the post.
Where is the Blueberry Banana Ice cream recipe? It keeps going to a key lime recipe. Thank you.
Just fixed it!
