paleo blueberry muffin

What to eat for breakfast? Now, most of the time I am happy with bacon and eggs but there are time I just want something quick and sweet that I can take on the go. Muffins seem to fit this need perfectly and I love throwing them in my purse before I go out running errands with Little. Here are seven Paleo Muffins recipes to try.

Paleo Muffins

Cinnamon Bun Muffins
Chocolate Walnut Honey Muffins
Carrot Cake Muffins
Banana Muffins
Avocado, Carrot & Honey Muffins
Bacon Chocolate Muffins
Grain-Free Apple Cider Muffins

    Hi Kelly,
Thanks for linking to my carrot cake muffins. I’m afraid I might have to spend the next few hours looking through your site 🙂 Your pictures are incredible and I already see a ton of stuff I want to make.

    Hey Kelly,

Thanks for the link love. I’ve long been a fan of your site so was very excited to see I made the list *starstruck* 🙂 Of course the downside is that now I WANT MUFFINS. Going to have to get stuck into some Sunday baking…
    Have a lovely rest-of-weekend, Cat

Such great timing with your post. I’ve been experimenting with breakfast muffins myself lately, in a quest to find something my husband will eat for breakfast without me having to get up and make it for him lol (we have just had a baby).

Congrats!! I so wish I had frozen more stuff for right after my little guy was born. My husband never cooks so I know what you mean about having something that is no fuss for a meal that required no effort. We ate out too much.
