Today is a hot 80 degrees and I am so excited that summer is here. Well, ok, it’s supposed to rain next week but then the weekend is supposed to be hot and sunny. We’re going to open up our pool and I’m going to make a ton of Popsicle to help keeps up hydrated. It’s amazing how many unique and tasty Paleo Popsicles recipes I found in my search. Here are a few to keep you cool this summer.
Homemade Fudgesicles With Pumpkin Seeds
Chocolate or Banana Pudding (or Fudge) Pops
Coconut Lime Thai Chili Popsicles
Pomegranate, Raspberry, and Nectarine Popsicles
Lemonade Cucumber Spa Popsicles
1. Popsicle Molds used for recipe 2. Healthy Popsicles eBook 3. Zoku Slow Pops: Classic Pop Molds
