One of my favorite things to do during the holidays is to bake up a storm of cookies and pies and make a pop tart gingerbread house with the kiddos. Waistline forgive me because stretchy pants are just going to happen. I’ve teamed up with some of my favorite bloggers to share a virtual Gluten Free Christmas Cookies swap. That way you eat the extra calroies and I don’t have to stand in some crazy long line at the Post Office. Not every recipe is grain-free, hence the title of this series, but you’ll find some gems in this bunch of cookie deliciousness.
I love traditional Christmas cookies like this. The spiced ginger molasses flavor is reminiscent of classic gingerbread cookies, except you can eat these guilt-free! They are grain-free, dairy-free, and if you leave the light sprinkle of raw sugar off the top, they are refined sugar-free, as well!
