An astrologist can never replace an actual nutritionist, so make sure to consult the latter first. But if you already have, consider psychic readings as well—an astrology reading is a chance to learn more about your Zodiac sign and get helpful advice for a happier life. You can even find out what is and isn’t good for your health, including nutritional recommendations.

Aries (Mar 21-Apr 19)

Aries is generally an active and healthy sign, but this doesn’t mean there are no dietary recommendations for it. Arians thrive on green foods, such as spinach and cucumbers, as well as starchy produce akin to lentils and peas. Spicy food and red meat are generally a no-go for Aries.

Taurus (Apr 20-May 20)

The main dietary recommendation for Taurus is to limit sugar consumption, especially sucrose. If possible, opt for healthier, sugar-free desserts instead. Otherwise, Tauruses are a healthy sign that doesn’t need to watch what they eat too closely.

Gemini (May 21-Jun 20)

Geminis tend to be a bit chaotic in their dietary habits; they often jump from one diet to another or overconsume their favorite product of the month before moving on to the next one. The number one food-related advice for any Gemini is to work on consistency and balance in their diet.

Cancer (Jun 21-Jul 22)

In general, Cancerians don’t have the best health, which is why a very intentional healthy diet is what the best psychic would recommend to them. Cancer should consume fruit and vegetables and, most importantly, enough protein.

Leo (Jul 23-Aug 22)

Leos are active and prone to anxiety. So foods rich in zink (beef, egg yolks, beans, and oysters) and calorie-dense yet healthy foods should always be part of Leo’s diet.

Virgo (Aug 23-Sep 22)

While this obviously isn’t universal, Virgos often have digestion issues. If you’re a Virgo, make sure to consume enough fruit and vegetables (especially leafy greens) and foods such as whole grains and lean proteins.

Libra (Sep 23-Oct 22)

Libra is one of the most emotional Zodiac signs. They need to keep a diet that benefits their mental health as much as it does their physical health. That’s why cacao, bananas, spinach, and fatty fish should all be the staples of Libra’s diet.

Scorpio (Oct 23-Nov 21)

Similarly to Geminis, a lot of Scorpios have very sporadic diets and lack consistency in their eating habits. It’s a good idea for Scorpio to develop a routine (both in terms of when and what they eat) and stick to it.

Sagittarius (Nov 22-Dec 21)

Sagittarians are as adventurous in food as they are in anything else in life. While this isn’t a problem per se, a little restraint would definitely benefit their health. Especially when it comes to trying new exotic foods without enough research.

Capricorn (Dec 22-Jan 19)

In contrast, Capricorns couldn’t be any less adventurous in what they eat. From a health standpoint, there’s nothing wrong with that, and Capricorns normally have quite healthy diets. However, food is also about fun and enjoyment—and Capricorns could use a reminder every now and then.

Aquarius (Jan 20-Feb 18)

Aquarians love their carbs and often overindulge in them. So if you’re born under this sign, make sure you’re eating enough fruit, vegetables, and protein. And try to limit sweets.

Pisces (Feb 19-Mar 20)

Protein and iron are typically the weaker spots in Pisces’ diet. So spinach, sweet potatoes, broccoli, lean meats, and fish should appear regularly on Pisces’ table. Also, watch your alcohol consumption—people born under this star sign often overindulge in it.
