From time to time, ads that are not relevant to a real food Paleo lifestyle are shown on my site.
There are some things you should know about me. While I am passionate and follow a Paleo lifestyle, I do not discuss food politics on my site. Food is a class issue and some of my readers, including myself, can’t always afford grass-fed, organic foods that are encouraged on the Paleo diet. Also, from my interaction with my readers, not every single person follows a strict Paleo lifestyle and some do eat occasional cheats like Hershey’s candy bars and McDonalds. I’m not here to judge. I’m here to create healthy Paleo recipes that you can enjoy and stay true to the diet.
Ads are the backbone of how I pay for the upkeep of my site. They pay for hosting, ingredients and the 40+ hours a week I spend developing recipes and creating free content for A Girl Worth Saving. The plain truth is that without this source of income I would have to close my doors.
How can you, my reader, help me transition away from ads?
- You can make affiliate purchases through my links.
- You can buy the products that I create.
- You can donate to help me pay for these costs.
If you want to enjoy my free content and have issues with my ads you can also install an ad blocking software that is easily found on the internet.
One cravat, I strive to keep my content PG. If you notice ads that are overtly sexual, abusive or racist please email me so I can address this.
