Skip the bread and warm up with a big bowl of Pizza Soup. Filled with savory ground beef, pepperoni, and savory spices, everyone will ask for seconds.
I’m pretty sure that Mr. Bejelly and The Little have issues with Tapioca flour and this kinda kills the ability for us to enjoy pizza.
I almost had a pity party about it and then I remembered, hey, I can come up with something as a replacement.
Ok, I put some cheese on top which is totally optional if you tolerate dairy. If you skip the cheese on top, the soup is 100% dairy-free.

- green bell pepper
- small onion
- ground beef
- tomato paste
- crushed tomatoes
- dried oregano
- ground black pepper
- sea salt
