  1. Heat the oil in a pot on a low to medium flame and put onions in it.
  2. Fry them until they turn brown. Add oregano, cumin, chili powder, and cook it for a minute.
  3. Now cook the ground meat for at least 10 minutes until it changes its color to pink.
  4. Add carrots, onion, and potato in the pot and bring it to boil.
  5. Now put chilies and wait until all vegetables are tender.
  6. Add salt according to your taste.
