It’s interesting being a mom of a Paleo toddler. One on hand, when chatting with his ND, she recommended that I expose him to wheat and grains so he doesn’t end up so sensitive to them that it causes issues down the road. On another hand, I know how much better I feel from giving up grains. It’s a balance and now he’s pretty much Paleo. I want to keep his diet as grain-free based as possible. He’s almost at the magical age of 2 and I found some yummy dishes in this paleo menu that would fall into the kid friendly category .
