Fitting in time for a workout can be tough. Kids, work, managing a household, this list goes on and on however with this workout you no longer have any excuses.
You don’t need weights since you use your body weight. This 5 minute workout can be done anywhere and doesn’t require an expensive gym mbmership.
Equipment Needed:
Timer, Chair
The workout is super simple:
1 minute of squats
1 minute of push-ups
1 minute of squats
1 minute of tricep dips
1 minute of squats
Squats
Push-ups
Tricep dips
Go as fast as you can and by the end of it you will be sweating and surprisingly sore the next day. As you get fitter you can start adding light weights or do multipe rounds.
It’s the perfect heart pumping quick workout that you can do when life happens and you can’t do the workout you had planned.
I love this workout!!
This looks doable.
Glad you are on track getting started is half of the battle.
Aaaaand that’s pretty much all I have time for. Better than nothing, right?
That’s right Jenn and it works!
Have you shared a no-sugar meal plan? I’ve been thinking about doing this but I’m worried about doing it and not messing up, lol.
I did a Sugar Detox one, hrmm, I think I did. If not, it’s coming up and thanks for asking Rachel 🙂
Sounds pretty easy!
5 minutes? I can definitely do that! 🙂
Your trainer sounds great! And your workout looks doable for any busy mom.
I love tababta workouts! But I will check this out for days with NO time!!
Sounds easy enough.
I am all for a 5 minute workout, especially during my rest days. You can usually find me at the gym 5-6x per week for an hour or two each day. What can I say, I’m obsessed!
I think its doable but I can’t even do one pushup…not sure how I’m supposed to do a whole minute of them LOL!
I think this is worth a try! Thanks for sharing.
Definitely can fit into my day!
No… I didn’t stay on track. Sigh. I’ll get back on track, Monday. And I think I could do the 5-minute workout.
Thanks a lot. You just killed my “I don’t have the time excuse”. Nice, real nice.
I did horrible this week while on Brandcation. I was eating a ton and non-stop. I’ll have some self-discipline to work on this week! Thanks for passing on your trainer’s 5-minute exercise regimen.
Now a 5-minute workout is probably something I could do!
I love this! Great for even us busy moms.
I think even I can do five minutes! Thanks for the inspiration.
The past couple of weeks have been really bad on the eating side. I have done more exercising though, so I think I’m flush on the calories in/out!
