This simple strawberry salsa recipe is perfect with corn chips or over grilled chicken! Customize the heat by adding more jalapeno!
When I think of summer, I think of strawberries.
I think of me and the Little taking a trip to the farmer’s market and buying crate after crate of strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries and then going home and pigging out on nature’s sweetness.
It’s a miracle that my skin doesn’t have a red and blue tinge during berry season.
When I learned that Oprah is launching a brand new season of #Harvestday and that each recipe was inspired by ingredients harvested out of her very own garden, I knew that I had to share her Strawberry Salsa recipe.
Like most cooks, I did take a little creative license by skipping the jam since the fruit was so sweet that it didn’t need any additional sweeteners.
What you’ll need for this Recipe:
- Fresh Strawberries
- Fresh raspberries
- Strawberry Jam
How to Make This Strawberry Salsa Recipe:
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and lightly mix with a wood spoon until combined.
Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!

- 2 Kiwis, peeled and diced
- 2 apples, finely diced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 lb fresh raspberries
- 2 Tablespoons Strawberry Jam
