Lunch is seriously my toughest meal to plan.   Because it’s so difficult I often skip it, have another Breve, eat left overs or break down and eat french fries with the Little.   I wanted to share some simple and easy paleo lunch ideas  in this weeks  menu.

Paleo Lunch

Monday – Protein Scone
Tuesday – Cheezburger in a Bowl
Wednesday – Primal RBS (Roast Beef Sandwich)
Thursday – Chicken Rollups
Friday –Bacon, Egg, Avocado and Tomato Salad
Saturday –Quick Tuna in a Heirloom Tomatoe
Sunday – Steak and Avocado Salad

  1. I got a cookbook in yesterday for review, and thought of you. It’s a Paleo cookbook. It doesn’t have the range of recipes that you have here, but it’s good. It’s also got me wanting to spend some more time here finding more recipes. That Cheeseburger in a Bowl looks really good.

  2. Thanks for including the cheezburger in a bowl recipe Kelly! 🙂 I don’t eat much cheese anymore, but we still have this meal, sans cheese, on a fairly regular basis. But now I include avocado! It’s also quite tasty as a bacon burger in a bowl.
