Nothing saves time and money like meal planning. I won’t lie, it can be a total pain in the butt to start but when you see the benefits to your pocket book, you will never go back to last minute shopping trips (the most expensive when you are hungry) and struggling to feed your family health meals.    If you’re also looking to save time and money, check out my favorite paleo meal planning website.   You will learn how to prep a week of Paleo Meals in less than 60 minutes.  Anyhow here is this weeks Paleo Diet Meal Plan.

Monday

Paleo Kahlua Pork

Slow Cooker Kahlua Pork with salad.  One of my all time favorite slow cooker recipes that makes for killer left overs.

Tuesday

simple roast chicken

Easy Roasted Chicken from The Domestic Man with steamed asparagus

Wednesday

Honey mustard chicken salad

Honey Mustard Chicken Salad from Lexi’s clean Kitchen with salad

Thursday

slow cooker chili verdeSlow Cooker Chili Verde (Tip: use up an left over pork from the Kalua Pork) with  Cauliflower Rice

Friday

Easy Ginger Chicken Recipe

Ginger Chicken with carrots sauteed in butter

Click here for a printable version of this week’s Paleo diet meal plan and shopping list, then click on the links above to print out each recipe.  Happy Eating and don’t forget, if you truly want to save time and money, check out my favorite paleo meal planning site.

Hun, I just printed it from my computer so I’m not sure what issue you are running into. Also, are you clicking the link to download the pdf to print?
