One of the toughest things about following a real food, paleo diet is the amount of prep work and cooking required. There are just times when I want to throw a recipe together likity split or have a snack without cutting, peeling and chopping.
Here are some of the Best Paleo Convenience Foods.
a. Nikki’s Coconut Butter – Macadamia Cookie: Sweet coconut cream and macadamia pair together in this treat that I love to eat by the spoonful!
b. Epic Bars Sampler – Made with 100% Grassfed Bison, Beef, Turkey, or Lamb these bars are the perfect snack to take on the go. If you haven’t tried them before, I highly recommend trying the sampler pack to make sure you like their unique flavor combos.
c. Cappellos Cookie Dough: Miss raw cookie dough? Here’s your chance to fill up on your favorite treat.
d. Pure Wraps – I just started using these and I have no idea why it took me so long! You can easily add your favorite fillings and make as easy lunch for your kiddos.
e. Exo Cricket Flour Bars – I tried several of these at AHS and seriously, you would never know these are made with crickets if you were’t aware of the fact.
f. Cappellos Fettuccine – Miss pasta? Buy this today and whip up your favorite comfort food from the past.
g. Simple Mills Almond Flour Muffin Mixes Variety Pack – It;s about time someone made a real food mix for those on the Paleo diet. These are perfect when you’re pinched for time and need to get a treat made.

“my favorite cricket bar on the market” made me laugh–I need to try these. I love Cappello’s pasta and have avoided trying the cookie dough because I am sure I will love that, too.
Love the Simple Mills Muffin/Bread mixes!!! They have been a real life-saver when I’ve needed to bring a treat to my son’s parties throughout the school year!
