My Father was born and raised in Shreveport, LA and while he loves traditional southern foods like Fried Chicken, Pecan pie and cornbread (recipes are all in my book by the way), he has a seriously aversion to anything with spice.
My mother, on the other hand, seems to be able to eat hot fire without breaking a sweat.
I grew up eating “cajun this” and “cajun that” never realized people thought it was spicy. Well, it’s not. This Paleo Cajun Burger is rich with spices and has no heat (however you can add more if you want) and I share this over at Against All Grain today. Grab it and I hope you enjoy it!
